- Lying face down with your hands supporting your forehead, bend one knee to create a right angle.
- Lift the bent knee from the ground around 10-20 cm – only as much as you can do so without moving the rest of your body. You’re aiming to use your gluteus muscles rather than your hamstrings to lift your leg. Watch that your weight on either hip remains even with each lift, and your abdominals are working enough to keep your low back still.
- Lift 6 times for each leg, repeating the series 2-3 times.
